Judy Carol Jacoby, 73, of Eufaula, Oklahoma passed peacefully on July 14, 2025. Judy was born to Elijah and Rosie Mae Parrish in Talihina Oklahoma on May 24, 1952.

She attended Eastern Oklahoma College and Oklahoma State University. Throughout her life she was active in 4-H, crafting, sewing, scrapbooking and gardening. She moved to Anchorage, Alaska in 1996 and resided there 28 years until returning to southeast Oklahoma.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years Fred Jacoby; two daughters, Beth Spore and Carol Norton; and three grandchildren. No service by request.  Judy loved hummingbirds, all who wish to honor her life are invited to hang a hummingbird feeder at their home.
